Shipping/Delivery Prices

Once you have placed your order through the checkout on “the Rose and I” website, you will receive a confirmation of the goods you have purchased with an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are 2-5 days within Australia and 6-14 days for International.

You will be notified when the goods have been despatched with Australia Post.

We offer free delivery on purchases over $120 to all Australian destinations. Postal rates for International deliveries are calculated at checkout. 

“the Rose and I” reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

“the Rose and I” will process and despatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of being received, except on public holidays when they will be despatched within 24 hours of the first business day following a public holiday. Orders will arrive between 2-5 business days from despatch but may be delayed due to public holidays. Please note that “the Rose and I” cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post as to specific delivery times, parcel and tracking information. If you have any concerns about your parcel in transit please contact Australia Post and quote your Tracking Number.

Pricing:

All pricing on our website is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax with the exception of La Vie en Rose Drops which are GST free). Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice. 

Returns:

We take great care to ensure that your goods will arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods by emailing us at theroseandi@gmail.com. Please read our full Returns Policy for further information relating to the return of goods.
