OUR RETURNS POLICY
We love our customers as much as we love our products, and want you both to be happy, so we will endeavour to do whatever it takes to ensure a happy ending :).
Because of the perishable nature of our gorgeous health and beauty range, we offer a 14 day returns service. All returned items must be unused, with all seals and lids in tact and unbroken, and in the original packaging.
All other non-perishable products supplied by “the Rose and I” may be returned within 30 days, with the exception of items listed below under non-refundable purchases.
Unfortunately, because our book, Your Divine Perfume, is not shrink wrapped, it cannot be returned. In addition, downloadable products purchased, created by “the Rose and I” are unable to be refunded.
We will email you immediately we receive your returned goods and upon inspection approval, will issue a refund immediately back to the original method of payment. We will advise you by email when your refund has been processed. In most cases your refund (for goods purchased less the shipping cost) will be received within 1-2 working days, but depending on your method of payment and bank, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be received back into your account.
Any items on sale that are not refundable will be stated at time of purchase.

OUR REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with our product or service, or receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of goods or within 24 hours by emailing email@example.com or calling +61413139081 so that we can replace your product or refund your money.
